David Huggins (star)
David is a 74 year-old year old painter who lives in Hoboken, NJ. He studied at the Art Students League in New York City, but is mostly self-taught. When not painting he works part-time in a local deli and watches sci-fi and horror VHS tapes from his two thousand strong collection. He’s been divorced for 20 years and has a son who lives in Thailand. David spends most of his talent chronicling his life-long experience as an alien abductee in over 100 paintings.
Brad Abrahams (director & editor)
Brad is a documentary filmmaker and commercial director from Canada, currently based in the USA. His all-consuming interests in radical science, cryptozoology, and general esoterica inspire his stories. Love and Saucers is his first feature-length film, with two others in production and post (Cryptozoologist and On the Back of a Tiger). Though he has not yet had a supernatural experience, he is ready and willing. Fruit is his favorite food.
Matt Ralston (producer)
is an independent producer in Seattle WA. He has been working in the production and advertising world for 15+ years as a producer and editor. He is currently producing the feature-length documentary Cryptozoologist with Brad Abrahams, and creating a puppet web series called Get Outta Here! He built a tiki bar in his basement called Scully’s Rum Locker.
Munn Powell (cinematographer)
Munn has been shooting commercials, documentaries and feature films for 18 years. A resident of Salt Lake City, his cinematography has encompassed work on narrative and documentary subjects in Europe, the Pacific and South America. Munn’s first feature film, Napoleon Dynamite, was invited to the 2004 Sundance Film Festival and went on to become a popular comedy in theaters nationwide.
Derk Reneman (composer)
Derk is the owner of Studio Ausland: a music, design and storytelling studio since 2003. Derk creates captivating audio-visual experiences and brings worlds to life with his prolific and colorful combination of music and sound design. He currently holds a position as a lecturer in Communication and Design at the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences, and is a cool guy to work with.
Nate Barr (executive producer)
Nate is an accomplished executive producer with over 15 years of experience in advertising, design & animation, and film production. He has recently EP'd and produced multiple short films and feature documentaries, including Love & Saucers. When he is not busy pursuing his creative endeavors, you will find him spending time with his wife and two children or absorbed in a Philip K. Dick novel.
